{"id":39976,"date":"2026-01-29T14:16:31","date_gmt":"2026-01-29T10:46:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shariati.info\/?p=39976"},"modified":"2026-03-16T10:28:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T06:58:17","slug":"consequences-of-repeated-crises-on-the-digital-economy-from-erosion-to-brain-drain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shariati.info\/en\/consequences-of-repeated-crises-on-the-digital-economy-from-erosion-to-brain-drain\/","title":{"rendered":"Consequences of Repeated Crises on the Digital Economy: From Erosion to Brain Drain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: left;\">According to the Khorasan Razavi Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, <strong>Ali\u2011Mohammad Shariati\u2011Moghaddam<\/strong>, Head of the Commission for Knowledge\u2011Based Enterprises, Digital Economy, and Artificial Intelligence, opened the session by emphasizing the <strong>Chamber\u2019s supportive role toward businesses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: left;\">He stated that the Chamber should actively stand by economic operators across multiple fronts, yet noted that <strong>authorities currently view the Chamber\u2019s role merely as advisory<\/strong>\u2014a role which, he added, is not even being effectively fulfilled under present conditions.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Referring to the <strong>recent internet shutdowns<\/strong>, Shariati\u2011Moghaddam discussed the <strong>negative impacts on businesses<\/strong>, highlighting that the interruption of digital connectivity threatens both economic activity and social well\u2011being.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: left;\">He stressed that <strong>basic human and professional rights must not be overlooked<\/strong>, explaining that access to communication tools\u2014such as the Internet, messaging, and social media\u2014is among today\u2019s essential needs.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cThe inability to communicate or use online networks,\u201d he said, \u201cis unimaginable in the modern era.
